Keith Mann, co-founder of Dynamics Search Partners (DSP) and current Managing Director, began working with the New York based Uncommon Schools in 2013 with the goal to build a significant platform for DSP to help students learn practical skills that will increase their ability to succeed in the future. Keith and his business held a fundraiser that pulled in over $22,000 for Uncommon Schools to sponsor student testing in the 2014-2015 school year.
Keith Mann founded Dynamics Search Partners in 2001 after becoming the Vice President of Dynamic Associates. In 2002, after identifying the hedge fund industry’s growing market as being underserved, he launched the Alternative Investment Practice within DSP, expanding in 2006 to include the private equity industry. By 2009, he declared Dynamics Search Partners as a premier executive search firm for alternative investment firms, assisting in building new platforms and hiring professionals to fit existing teams.
As a philanthropist, Keith Mann organized a mixer that raised a generous donation for the Hope and Heroes Foundation, a non-profit organization funding childhood cancer research. His considerate contributions and continued advocacy for the non-profit charter management organization, Uncommon Schools, demonstrates that this entrepreneur is dedicated to helping others in business and in life.
While DSP links “clients with leading industry talent across all levels and geographies,” he personally bought lunch for the New York Police Department twice in 2015 to boost moral after some protests became violent. Mann reminds us that, “Policemen have families too and are people just like you and me behind those uniforms.”
